Coston Fall Tournament Review


Coston qualifies for Professional National Championship, Senior PGA Championship and Wins Pacific Northwest Senior Player of the Year.

Jeff Coston has been busy! Busy teaching and playing this “Game of a Lifetime!”

Jeff qualified for the PGA Professional National Championship next April in South Carolina. It’s the “young guys” event. Jeff will be the only grandpa in the field.

Coston and Cornett Win Pacific Golf & Turf PNW Pro-Am Championship

PGA Professional Jeff Coston of Semiahmoo G&CC and amateur Kyle Cornett of Inglewood GC  won the Pacific Golf & Turf PNW Pro-Am Championship. They posted rounds of 61-65-126, a fantastic -17-under par in the four-ball team competition at Tumble Creek Club and Rope Rider courses at Suncadia Resort.

“Kyle is a tremendous partner, no question! We have worked on his game for over a year. He has made amazing strides and is ready for the next chapter on any level!” Coston stated. “I’m not finished yet myself.”

Coston Qualifies for 2019 PGA Professional Championship

Semiahmoo’s Jeff Coston finished tie for 3rd and 1 shot out of a playoff last week at the Pacific Northwest Section Championship at Meadow Springs in Richland, WA. He is one of seven players in the field to qualify for the 2019 PGA Professional Championship to be held at Belfair in Bluffton, SC. Coston shot rounds of 71-69-71. He has won this event 7 times.

Coston Wins His 6th Senior Oregon Open Title

Semiahmoo’s Jeff Coston successfully defended his Oregon Senior Open Title by shooting 68-67-66, edging former Seattle Mariners pitcher (and friend) Erik Hansen. It is Coston’s 6th Oregon Senior Open win!

On August 1, Jeff also celebrated 24 years serving as Director of Instruction at Jeff Coston Golf Academy at Semiahmoo!
