I just arrived back home from the Rousauers Spokane Open at 1 this morning. I chose playing Spokane over qualifying for British Senior Open because my wife, Diane, could go with me to Spokane and not to the UK. I’ve missed her in my travels this year. We have gone to Spokane for many years and always have fun! I chose fun. I shot 67-65-66 and finished 3rd. So I beat all but two of the young bucks. But I still consider myself young!
I teach this week and leave for Minneapolis Sunday for the 3M Classic; then to Calgary for the Shaw event; home for a golf school and our Champions Tour Pro-Am; than the Boeing Classic in Seattle.
I’d sure like to take more of those 65, 66 and 67’s on the road these next several tournaments!
I hope many of you join us for The Champions Tour Pro-Am, August 16-17. What a rare opportunity for everyone! Rocco Mediate, Mark Calcavecchia, Olin Brown, David Frost And many more!
Fun stuff here at Semiahmoo! Just like Disney World with no lines!
